By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Our Services
We offer integrative services designed to support personal growth, leadership development, emotional well-being, and holistic healing for both humans and animals. Services include:

  • Conscious Leadership Facilitation

  • Emotional Release Therapy
  • Pain Management & Healing
  • Holistic Animal Healing
For your information:Our services support transformation and well-being. They are complementary and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care. Always consult licensed professionals when necessary.
2. Client Commitments
To ensure the best experience, clients are expected to:
  • Provide accurate personal and health information.
  • Participate actively in sessions and follow recommended guidance.
  • Respect session boundaries and other participants (if group sessions).
Important: Transformation depends on engagement, self-reflection, and practice. Individual results may vary.
3. Booking & Payments
  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our website, email, or approved channels.
  • Full payment is due 24 hours  before the session, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations require at least  48 hours’  notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Service prices may change, but confirmed bookings honor the agreed rate.
4. Confidentiality

All personal information, session discussions, and shared materials are strictly confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Health Disclaimer:Holistic services are complementary and supportive, focusing on emotional, mental, and physical well-being. They do not replace medical, psychological, or veterinary care. Clients are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals before beginning any session and to continue receiving their private professional care. Participation is at the client’s own responsibility. Sessions may involve emotional exploration or physical awareness exercises. Animals receiving holistic healing should continue to receive regular veterinary care.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including materials, images, logos, and session resources, belongs to Beautiful World. Materials are for personal use only. Sharing or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beautiful World is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from participation. Clients understand that holistic practices may bring up emotional or physical experiences, and they accept full responsibility for their engagement.

8. Online & Remote Services
  • Online sessions are conducted via  secure platforms.
  • Clients should provide a  private and safe environment  for their participation.
  • Sessions are not recorded  without consent.
9. Termination of Services

Beautiful World reserves the right to: Refuse or terminate services if a client is unsafe, disruptive, or unwilling to engage responsibly. Refunds will be evaluated individually.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Local Courts.

By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions and agree to participate responsibly and with consent.
